About This Trip:
Welcome back to The Morroco! During this week visit, you will spend the first few days visiting UNESCO Ait Ben Haddou and going on a safari in the desert of the colossal Sahara. Enjoy the stunning view over the High Atlas on your way to the imperial city of Marrakech. Stroll in the mediaeval medinas and souks of Marrakech, and visit the high places of the Koutoubia mosque, the Bahia Palace, the Saadian tombs and many other hidden gems.

Tour Plan
Day 1: Check into Marrakech.
Welcome to the Moroccan Republic! Upon your arrival in Marrakech, your personal English-speaking driver will wait for you in the Arrival Hall, then accompany you to your hotel for check-in. The rest of the day is free. You can relax or explore the surrounding streets by yourself.
Day 2: Marrakech - Ait Ben Haddou – Ouarzazate
After breakfast in the hotel, drive along the Atlas zigzag mountain route to Ouarzazate. On the way you will visit the UNESCO World Heritage Site - Ait Ben Haddou, an old fortified village (ksar) along the former caravan route between the Sahara and Marrakech. With unique architecture and particular landscapes, this mud town is favored by many popular international films, such as Game of Thrones. You will have a glimpse of the city and go up to the old attic to have a panoramic view of the kasbah and the surrounding countryside.
Then continue your trip to Ouarzazate. Make the most of the free time in the afternoon after your arrival.
Day 3: Ouarzazate – Erfoud
Today, you will head towards Erfoud, the entrance of the Sahara dunes of the Erg Chebbi. On the way, you will make a stopover at Kelaa Megouna, It is known for cosmetics made from locally grown rose extract. Continue northeast up to the town of Boumalne Dades for its beautiful scenery, as well as its idyllic valleys. Afterward, visit the Todra Gorge where you can take a short walk and enjoy some photograph time for the red cliffs with an average height of 400 meters. Arrive at Erfoud overnight.
Day 4: Erfoud - Erg Chebbi Dunes – Ouarzazate
Wake up early this morning and take a jeep tour to the dunes of Erg Chebbi in the Sahara desert. You will have the chance to go on a camel ride and enjoy the stunning view of the desert when the sun rises from the east on the desert dunes. Return to your hotel for breakfast. Later drive to Skoura village via the road of thousand Kasbahs, stop at the beautiful Palmeraie and visit Ameghdil Kasbah dating from the 17th century. Return to Ouarzazate after the tour.
Day 5: Ouarzazate – Marrakech
Following breakfast, return to Marrakech. You will arrive in Marrakech in the afternoon and benefit from free time to explore the city by yourself.
Day 6: Marrakech City Highlights
Today you will have a full day to visit the hidden gems of Marrakesh. Discover Koutoubia Mosque, the world's largest mosque tower. and the landmark in Marrakesh first. Then visit the Bahia Palace and the nearby Saadian Tombs.
After lunch, visit the Marrakech Museum which is located in the Dar Menebhi Palace, the old residence of Mehdi Mnebhi, who was Minister of Defense of Abdelaziz of Morocco. Stop for a cup of tea or orange juice at the beautifully restored Dar Cherifa, which is a late 16th-century house in the old medina of Marrakesh and houses a cultural foundation, bookstore, and art gallery. Explore the colorful souks of Marrakech before returning to your hotel.
Day 7: Marrakech Departure
Make the most of a free morning before heading to the airport for the flight to your next destination.
